By downloading the Qormfi app or using any part of the platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Qormfi is a transit technology platform that enables riders to reserve seats on shared vehicles operating along approved routes and stops. Qormfi also provides tools for drivers and approved vehicle partners to manage their work.
The service is operated by Qormfi Technologies Ltd, a company registered in Ghana under the Companies Act 2019 (Act 992), with registered address at Behind Mercy Academy School, Community 17, Lashibi, Tema, Greater Accra, Ghana.

By using Qormfi, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
Your account is created using your phone number and verified via one-time password (OTP). You are responsible for keeping your account secure. You must not share your account with others or allow others to access your account. Qormfi is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account.
A phone number may be authorised for more than one Qormfi role, such as rider, driver, partner or administrator. Access and permissions remain separate for each role.
When you make a booking on Qormfi, you are reserving a seat on a specific route. A booking is confirmed when you receive a confirmation notification in the app.
Qormfi matches your booking with an available vehicle on your route. We cannot guarantee a match within any specific time period, particularly during off-peak hours or in areas with limited vehicle coverage.
You must be at your stated pickup location when the vehicle arrives. Consistent no-shows may result in account restrictions.
Qormfi is a shared transport service. Other passengers may board or leave at different stops, available seats may change along the route, and the vehicle may serve operational stops before your destination.
Pre-booked departures, estimated arrival times, vehicle availability and route progress may change because of traffic, passenger readiness, safety, vehicle availability or other operating conditions. We will provide material updates through the app where reasonably possible.
Fares are based on the selected pickup stop, drop-off stop, available ride option and current fare settings. The total fare is shown before you confirm a booking.
Any applicable Qormfi charge is included in the fare shown to you unless the app clearly states otherwise before confirmation.

You may cancel an eligible booking through the app before boarding. The app will show the cancellation and refund outcome that applies to the booking.
If Qormfi cannot provide a confirmed ride, any amount reserved for that booking will be released or refunded according to the payment method and booking status.
A missed pickup or scheduled departure may be treated as a no-show. Any applicable outcome will follow the policy shown for that booking.
Your Qormfi Wallet is an in-app balance used to pay for rides. Wallet funds are:
Promotional wallet credits (if any) are non-withdrawable and can only be used for ride payments.
A wallet booking may temporarily reserve the displayed fare. Reserved funds are not available for withdrawal while the booking is active. If the booking is not created or matched, the reservation is released.
Follow reasonable safety instructions, use designated stops where possible, wear a seat belt where fitted, and do not distract the driver. Emergency and safety features do not replace Ghana Police, ambulance or other emergency services.
Drivers and vehicle partners must maintain required licences, roadworthiness, insurance and operational approvals, and must not operate while impaired, unsafe or legally prohibited from driving.
Driver and partner access is subject to Qormfi approval, vehicle compliance and any earnings agreement shown in the Driver or Partner service. Drivers must keep availability, seats, arrival, boarding and drop-off information accurate, and may only operate an assigned approved vehicle on an authorised route.
Cash collected from riders is not entirely driver income. The applicable platform and partner allocations are recorded in the Driver wallet. Unsettled cash-ride fees may first pause cash bookings and, after the period shown in the app, lock operating access until the balance is resolved or Qormfi grants an exception.
Scheduled departures must be managed responsibly. A driver may request an allowed time adjustment or an early departure when the app confirms that all booked riders are present. Riders must receive any material approved change.

Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination without notice or refund.
Qormfi is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages that temporarily affect availability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime.
Qormfi operates on specific routes. Coverage will expand over time, but we make no representation about availability on any particular route or at any particular time.
To the fullest extent permitted by Ghanaian law, Qormfi Technologies Ltd is not liable for:
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits a right or responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded under Ghanaian law, including responsibility for death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable. Any other limitation will apply only to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We may restrict or suspend access to protect riders, drivers, payments or the platform; to address unpaid cash-ride fees; or where law or these Terms require it. You may request account deletion inside the app or at qormfi.com/delete-account.html. Active trips, unresolved payments, fraud or safety reviews, and records we must lawfully retain may need to be resolved first.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of Qormfi shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will show material updates in the app and may require you to review and accept a new version before continuing.
