Delete your Qormfi account

You can request deletion of a Rider or Driver account and the personal information associated with it.

Fastest method

Open the Qormfi Rider or Driver app.
Open Profile.
Select Request account deletion and confirm.

If you cannot open the app

Email us from an address you can access. Include your Qormfi phone number and state whether the account is Rider, Driver, or both. Do not send your OTP or Mobile Money PIN.

Email a deletion request

We may verify your identity and resolve active trips, unpaid settlements, safety reviews or payment disputes first. Records required for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention or safety purposes may be retained for the necessary period. Other account data will be deleted or de-identified after approval.
